Where are you located?
We are located inside the premises of Ditton Park Academy, Slough.
Do you have parking facilities?
At our venue we have ample free parking facilities for your ease and convenience. Please ensure you park within the allocated parking spaces.
What time do you open and close?
This is every Saturday between 9.50am and 12.30pm. Outside of these hours you may contact us via email or phone.
Classes start at 10am exactly so your child should be at the Institute at 9.50am, allowing him/her enough time to settle into class.
Where do I find a registration form and how do I register?
Registration form can be found online via our Online Registration
When is the starting date for registration?
You may register your child at any point during the school year. To guarantee a place a child should come at the registration day.
This is dependent on if there are spaces available in the class your child needs to be enrolled in. You maybe placed on a waiting list.
What is the cost and how do I pay my fees?
Charges are found under the Admissions -Fees menu.
Charges are kept to a bare minimum and cover the costs of hiring of the premises, study/text books and offer great value for money.
Please note that if there are legitimate reasons why you cannot pay this please see the head of admin or the head of the school.
Up to what age is the school?
We register your child from the age of 5 to the age of 14 years.
How do I find out about my child's progress?
Your child will be assessed at the end of each term.
What about the safety of our children?
All staff have undergone DBS check’s.
There is always a staff member that has undergone First Aid Training.
It is paramount that a child is safe always.
What are the school holidays?
Generally, our school times follows the timetable of an academic year. We have found a lot of parents go away for holidays abroad.

We are closed for Ramadhan and should Eid ever fall on a Saturday then we will be closed.
What if I have a complaint?
Please contact the head of the school or see the head of admin or call/email us regarding your complaint.
We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible as per our complaints policy. Full details of the policy can be obtained at any time.
